How do I start selling?▼
Create an account, set up your shop profile, connect your Stripe account for payments, and start listing products. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
What are the fees?▼
HerdingCat charges a 10% commission on each sale. There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. Stripe charges standard payment processing fees (2.9% + 30 cents).
How do I get paid?▼
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Once you complete a sale, funds are automatically transferred to your connected bank account within 2-7 business days.
Can I sell internationally?▼
Yes! Your products are visible to buyers worldwide. You control which countries you ship to and set your own shipping rates.
How do refunds work?▼
You can issue refunds through your seller dashboard. The platform fee is also refunded when you process a refund.
What can I sell?▼
You can sell physical products, handmade items, vintage goods, and craft supplies. Please review our prohibited items policy for restrictions.
